Rules And Regulation  
  1. It is incumbent upon all the students that they regularly come to school and stay punctual.
     
  2. In case of unavoidable circumstances or any emergency a child may be granted leave of maximum five days in an academic session with prior permission from the school Principal. If a child does not report in time after going on a sanctioned leave his/her result will be affected. If a child remains absent from the school for 15 days or more at a stretch without written intimation to the Principal his/her name shall be struck off the Admission Register.
     
  3. If a child remains absent on the last working day before a break/vacation or on the first working day after a break/ vacation his/her result will be affected. If a child remains absent on medical ground on any of those special days the photocopy of the prescription of the doctor, not below diploma qualification should be submitted along with the application at the time of reporting back. Otherwise his or her result will also be affected.
     
  4. The students are required to do the assigned academic, scholastic, co-scholastic and co-curricular activity related work with sincerity and submit the same to the subject teachers/ in-charges concerned.
     
  5. Parents/guardians will not be allowed to meet their ward during the school unless it is an unavoidable situation.
     
  6. In case of any grievances against any staff of the school, the parents are supposed to put up the issue in writing before the Principal and, at no event, they reserve the right to directly meet the staff concerned and try to settle the issue in their fashion.
     
  7. Compensation for any kind of damage to the school property by a student will be charged from the student concerned. They can even be penalised in case of reckless damage. The school reserves the right to expel the student if the serious level of indiscipline is found. 
     
  8. The school will take all possible care for physical, mental, emotional and social growth of the students. However, the school does not assume any responsibility, legal or otherwise, for accidents or mishaps after the child has gone out of the school gate at departure. The school will remain indemnified against any claim on this ground.
     
  9. Discipline, decency and decorum should be maintained by each student. Any act or mischief, breach of rules, disobedience or disloyalty to and misbehaviour with the school staff of the school by the students or parents or guardians or their relatives or all together  can be considered as an act of indiscipline. The school reserves the right to expel the student on the grounds of misconduct, indiscipline or disregard of school rules and regulations and further initiate befitting action against other concerned.
     
  10. Any sort of discrepancy, false statement or misrepresentation of facts by parents at the time of admission, when discovered, would result in dismissal of the student from the school, in addition to appropriate legal action.
     
  11. Students shall not keep mobile phone or any other electronic gadget or any cash in their possession in the school. If found, the same will be confiscated and disciplinary action will also be taken against the child. Parents are advised not to give any costly jewellery to their ward. School management will not be responsible for any loss thereof.
     
  12. Parents/guardians should not offer cash or kind of to any employee of the school. Any such incident coming to the management’s notice would result in disciplinary action being taken against such individuals.
     
  13. Any change in the address or telephone or mobile number of the parents must be immediately informed by the parents to the school authority in writing.
     
  14. Parents are expected to attend all Parent -Teacher Meetings. (Both parents should come).
     
  15. Any student caught cheating in any Formative Assessment shall be awarded zero in that test. However, in case of Summative Assessment, the child shall get zero in the tests of all the subjects of that series.
     
  16. From time to time important information will be sent via SMS or E-mail to the parents/guardians. Hence they are requested to check them regularly and respond as desired.
     
  17. For Transfer Certificate, one week notice in writing should be given to the office.
     
  18. Parents are requested not to enter any classroom without prior permission of the Principal.
     
  19. Children may make phone calls in emergency only from the school. 
     
  20. Students should not bring any (nonvegetarian items) eatables in the school, except what is permitted by the Principal. 
     
  21. Parents can authorize any one person in the Guardianship Form with his/her passport size photographs and signature as the guardian of the child. Only the authorized guardian will be allowed to meet or take the child when the child goes home. In unavoidable situation if none of the parents/ guardians can come , the child may be allowed to go with the person coming with a letter signed and the person’s photo attested by  the parents. 
     
  22. Parental co-operation can never be overlooked. Understanding between the teachers and the parents is essential for the comprehensive or holistic development of a child. It has been proven by the researchers that the performance of a child depends immensely on the parents’ direct involvement with the school. Hence, they should stay in regular touch with the teachers concerned and know the progress of their ward.
     
  23. Students shall be bound by different rules and regulations framed from time to time by the Management for smooth running of the institute.
     
  24. If any student is selected for participation in any programme, the parents concerned are solicited to cooperate by meeting the need of their ward.
     
  25. Healthy and constructive feedback from the parents , guardians and well wishers for the growth of the school will highly be appreciated.
